Navigation was good. Had to do light green as green maps were all used up. Running was crap due to a high pasty intake at Greggs on the way down. Course was 3.6 +150m

Finished 8th so i got selected for cumbria champs. The course was an absolute mess by the time I ran. I avoided most of the corner (for those of you who don't go to cockermouth scool it is a notoriously muddy corner that is un runnable).The crossing back from the football field to the rugby pitches was properly messed up and just a muddy puddle. Not my best time on the track but the conditions were naff.

Did 50/50 running and weights. Quite a high intensity set. Did some shuttle runs and lots of weights... My arms are a mess and I should propably work on my upper body strength a bit more. First time doing weights in a while though.
