Did some fun stuff organised by the leaving squad members.

NWJS xmash bash. We did a 2k course on a 1995 map wich was interseting but it was easy enough to find the controlls as they were on line features mostly. Did some talk-o loops with Ben Dempsy. Logging everything inluding warm-ups and warm-downs together.

Short. 3 something k. Didn't run very fast because I'm lazy. First one round. Got a lift with someone else so couldn't do long course.
