Lynne and David did some training at setters before the event. I did 3 courses(td 4/5): 0.8k,1.5,1.5. The weather was nice and it was fun to run around the woods at a slightly relaxed pace although I was a bit tired by the time it got to the event.

Did the medium as I was pushed for time. Hoping to get sub 30 mins but I ended up messing around a bit on 2 and 9. Running was a bit slow.
