Went climbing for an hour very out of practice. Felt really bad all this week and just needed a rest so I can get back to proper training resuming tomorrow:)

Went for a slow easy trot round threlkeld area with the bag I will be using for the SLMM with a few litres of water in it for a bit of practice at running with some extra weight. Stopped for a bit halfway round felt more like a walk than a run .
