Still not feeling great after the weekend a few niggles including a reoccurring issue with my right knee that’s been going on for a while now. Think I’ll have an easy week this week especially after the 2 races yesterday which probably weren’t the best idea. See how things go at the club relays tomorrow if I can find a team :)
