First brown and I bonked hard. That’s when the mistakes started. Bumped into Alex 2/3 in and she gave me a chocolate bar which kinda saved the situation still legs were not having it . Nice long run tho in some decent terrain.

Phat training with joe, sunley and Charlie. 3k middle with a lot of climb followed by 2k transport then a 2k middle then back to where we started. Forest and open fell quite nice and the nav was really clean :)
