Went out for a run with dad to help keep my speed down, he showed me this nice easy loop that’s about 50% field / trail. Will be using this more. Legs feeling fine until the last stretch of road.

just went out to do my run 5 donate 5 thing - still don't think its the best idea to be running daily as I started noticing it towards the end of the run but its definitely getting better.
