51k, 24.6km/h av speed, 124 watts av power. Whinlatter felt good. Decent pace along bass and towards cockermouth but there was a bit of a crosswind turning into a headwind as things progressed and I trashed my legs trying to keep the speed up. Flagged a bit in the last part of the ride partly due to a semi-flat front tyre. Brought food but didn’t eat it- maybe I should have.
