Nice leg stretch, trying not to overdo it before tomorrow's event. Legs feeling good, which is nice as tomorrow is at Mount Edgcumbe so will basically be a flat race.

Took an old Brown map up to Mutters Moor and ran most of the course as training. Trying to work on my red light navigation, although ran into a few problems with changing undergrowth, especially on the far side of the area.
