Good training, with some nice exercises planned. Perhaps ran a bit too hard given Sunday's event but definitely worth it

Didn't feel like I had gone all out running wise, but navigation was clean enough that it didn't really matter. Still need to make sure I keep my focus throughout the course to avoid small errors.
