Absolutely horrible weather, with a brutal headwind for half of the run. Finished 5th which was alright and could have gone faster but was being absolutely battered by rain. I couldn't feel my legs so not sure how strong they were throughout

Realised I hadn't actually tried my Talons since Xmas so went on a gentle run. Felt good despite yesterday's XC and the shoes are comfortable
