First attempt at tempo work in a while. 6 x 3 min, 3 min easy. Was aiming for 14 kph on the efforts, but used the HIT function on the watch which didn't provide speed, pace, or distance (distance above is approximate, based on plot-a-route). DON'T USE THIS AGAIN. Felt tough, but completed all efforts. Need to repeat and see what my pace is. Also, HR monitoring was not particularly good today - dropped out quite a lot and also stayed too high for too long
