This was strange. Felt harder, and HR was about 10 bpm higher, than the Friday session, which was run at a fast pace. Probably just one of those sessions.
Felt really good - full of energy and light on my feet. Again had to run too fast to start with to deal with the GPS "dead-zone" around the house, which means I'm not running enough at the target pace. This should change when the runs get longer.
Felt pretty good, but need to run at the target pace more consistently. At the moment I'm starting far too fast, then slowing near the end to ensure I get the right average pace.
