Enjoyed this. Time seemed to go quite quickly. Again ran too quick and had to be very slow in the penultimate k.

Good run-very cold, but that suits me. Ran a bit too quick, as had to walk a bit in the penultimate kilometre to get the average pace right. However, I was feeling good at that faster pace. When the runs get longer, must be sure to run at a more consistent pace.

This was run in the constant rain, which was good! Again, felt more comfortable running at this pace than my actual marathon target pace.

This felt like it took ages. I was definitely a little tired from yesterday's run. I was running at a more consistent pace, but it's strange that my heart rate is higher running at this pace than when I'm running at 105% marathon pace. Perhaps my target pace is too slow.
