Good run-very cold, but that suits me. Ran a bit too quick, as had to walk a bit in the penultimate kilometre to get the average pace right. However, I was feeling good at that faster pace. When the runs get longer, must be sure to run at a more consistent pace.
This felt like it took ages. I was definitely a little tired from yesterday's run. I was running at a more consistent pace, but it's strange that my heart rate is higher running at this pace than when I'm running at 105% marathon pace. Perhaps my target pace is too slow.
