This was actually a good run. Kept the pace pretty steady throughout, which helped. Just started getting a bit achy around the hips and knees near the end.

About 3km in I almost turned back - was feeling wobbly and legs were empty. Probably due to run yesterday and the reduction in food intake. However, throughout the run I felt like I was running slower than I was, and overall it felt harder than my HR suggested. Again, probably due to the above and that it was cold.

Started off feeling really good, felt a bit dodgy in the middle, then the last 20 min or so felt easy. A couple of inclines in this route; didn't disturb things too much though.

Not an enjoyable run. Found it very hard, and the time seemed to be going so slowly. Wasn't struggling CV-wise; just felt weak.
