This felt harder than last week's long run, particularly from about 1:20/1:30 in. However, I got through it at the right pace. Need to try and make sure I keep doing my two long runs per week.

14 x 30 sec reps with 2 1/2 min rest. Found this not as hard CV/CR wise as last weekend, but found it harder in my head. Good job I didn't do my long run today if this was how I was going to feel.

Tempo run. Overall, felt really good and could have easily run faster. The correct intensity for these runs is guesswork as I don't have a lactate profile to work off, but perhaps these runs need to be a little quicker. Particularly as my HR average was only 153 (which is strange).
