Enjoyable run - much more so than last week. The last 20 min or so my legs were starting to feel a bit heavy, and there was some aching in the side of my thighs. But CV-wise I felt fine, as evidenced by the mean HR.

Run to work. I really enjoyed this. In CV terms, easy. Legs were getting a bit heavy/sore in places for the last half hour or so. Overall, really good run. Had to do pace re-alignment as I was running a little too quick, but hey ho.
