nice skate ski at telemark midday. snow fast in places but really slow in others, no really consistency. probably skied a little faster than was smart but it felt good so not regretting it yet. plan on doing two longer classic sessions this weekend.

morning body weight strength training. nothing special, just a lot of core work.

Very light run on very icy trails with shoes with no tread. got really good at running slow and small steps.
