Went to the gym this morning instead of going outside where they are cutting the grass. Did a light weight strength routine with high reps followed by a long core session. cardio warmup was done rowing, which is only fun for the first 3 min.
This is becoming a much lighter week than anticipated. light run, slightly itchy which i originally thought was another reaction and panicked, but its probably just from running in the heat (21C) that I'm not used to.
