Step up of three races, and partial take down of one. slow to make sure everything is in the right place. I hope people enjoyed the event

standard morning gym. I'm still feeling those side lunges, so naturally did more of them today. not planning on anything tomorrow as will be very active all weekend.

afternoon run before the crazy weekend. Theory: running in the heat will help me acclimatise. Fact: Not that.

strength in the morning with a long warm up. extra focus on upperbody and core. first time doing side lunges in awhile, i can tell
