interval run with 5x2min uphill z4/sprint with active recovery to make it back down the hill. finished with a very buggy run in academy hill. need to find a place to run without all the bugs.

morning strength. its a little longer than usual because I was the ONLY person in the gym for the entire time. focus to day on upperbody and core (front and back) stability.

just a run. nice easy run. (resulting in blisters somehow)

Step up of three races, and partial take down of one. slow to make sure everything is in the right place. I hope people enjoyed the event

OART day one set up. 4 sprint races to set up and control, plus partial take down of another. very very full day
