went up to Revelstoke to do the weekend event there. Found out at the second control that i'd forgotten my compass and so ran the race what felt like partially blind (though it turned out not too bad). lots of climb :)
Turns out the gym where im now living opens at 5am but no one shows up until much later. was able to go and do a workout before anyone else showed up. slowly getting back into the hang of things with the gym. lighter weights with higher reps just to remember how to move properly
OART really kicked my sleep schedule back to where it should be. went for a run at 5am on a new fast route through vinyards. nice to see the sunrise. a perfect 10km loops
