early morning strength. starting to develop a routine with the equipment I have to work with

I'm loving these early morning runs. and whats better, its cloudy and feels like it might rain later. did the same early morning loop as last time but took it slightly (slightly) slower and added a loop around campus for good measure.

Orienteering race 1:15:00 [4]

went up to Revelstoke to do the weekend event there. Found out at the second control that i'd forgotten my compass and so ran the race what felt like partially blind (though it turned out not too bad). lots of climb :)
