Slow and easy session with some hills reps.

Warm up jog - 2.5km
4 sets of hill reps x 3 up Mt St John
Warm down jog - 1km

Distance Squad - Interval Session

Short but fast intervals. I felt I pushed myself fairly hard in these intervals and used my recovery between intervals wisely to be able to really get the speed in during each interval.

2km warm up and drills - 10 mins

Average paced run. Didn't push hard as already had running in the morning so I ran this course with my friend focusing on flow through the controls (entering and exiting).

Easy run this morning. Legs felt a little tight so had no plan on pushing it but stayed at a nice pace where I could keep a conversation going.

Hockey Running Fitness

- Warm Up - 2km
- Easy drills and stretches
- Interval Session = 1 minute on then 30 seconds rest x12
- Warm Down - 1.3km

A short but fast interval session today. Legs felt good after the relays on Sunday but I felt a little dehydrated in the afternoon heat. What I have noticed from my trainings is that having people running next to me motivates me to push myself harder and get the most out of every session.
