Intervals with a friend: Domain

Warm up: 4km

Intervals:
90secs x4, 60secs x4
- Hill used for the 90sec intervals and 60sec were on the road. Rest of the interval.

Warm down:1.5km

At the start of the session I felt very tired from the heat but as I got into the intervals I felt very good and managed to push myself during the whole session.

Easy morning jog plus a couple of stride outs.

Was a long but enjoyable course. The ground was very uneven in places making it very hard to run and very easy to roll my ankles but I felt good while running.

During this run I felt very good at the start but weirdly enough after 2km I started to feel very sick and tired. Had a horrible headache and legs were very tired. Decided to listen to my body and slow down.
