Had my mum and dad down cheerleading. so so so lovely to have them see my run in a haries vest. My race was good. I am extremely pleased. My pace was relatively consistent and I attacked the water jump with confidence. Improvements are continually showcasing themselves in different ways so here's to another very positive week. :)

Super happy with this one. Can't believe I actually ran a 3.55 and it didn't even feel that quick ;) Very pleased that it is all coming together at the right time. Bucs come at me.
