Easy evening run. Patched a session as I fell asleep at 3pm for a solid 2.5 hrs. Disrupted sleep last night so was feeling it.

Also looks like the last few runs I have done have all been at a quicker pace - good, but also means I am pushing myself harder. Need to keep an eye on this.
