Up early to take yours truly and Jack to the airport to head off to Armagh. Also had to kill time waiting for my little sister to arrive from London. Decided to run down the water of Leith, parked in Currie and headed into town. Nice and easy out and back after yesterday's pace-y as tempo. Calves are royally fooked.

Was his easy run, but my fastest run featuring a hill for ages. Sweated actual buckets again. Nice.

The pace was fast but I was managing to maintain it which is a positive. The only thing I couldn't maintain was my chat which died a catastrophic death after about 2km. I must have been good company haha. Oops.
