nice run with Alex along the seafront at North Berwick after a lovely afternoon of escaping exam revision at the beach.

loving some Scottish summer.

felt out of breath very quickly. Alex noted my shallow breathing. needed to stop a couple of times - lucky there was some gates to go through.

tiredness not shifting even slightly.

maybe a combo of lots of travel on Friday, an intense weekend and then trying to force myself to revise all day.

really struggling and worrying about it (classic me). no sport of any description today and I can reassess tomorrow. quite gutted that it might be the iron taking a hit again.

easy Monday evening run with Polly and Carla. Didn't really fancy the hills but ended up doing them anyway once I'd got my head into it. Unfortunately seem to be struggling in terms of tiredness... or as Polly said "feeling jiggered" summed it up quite well.

Another blood test booked for later in the week just as a precaution.
