Had an absolutely class session tonight.
2 x (4 x 300m) with 200m jog recovery and 400m jog between sets. This was tough not stopping at all like.
BUT - I was winning the reps in my group from home and was hitting times I could only dream of a few months ago.

blew up a wee bit in the second set, but as did everyone and the pace wasn't meant tone utterly flat out. I felt fantastic.
