Had an absolutely class session tonight.

2 x (4 x 300m) with 200m jog recovery and 400m jog between sets. This was tough not stopping at all like.

BUT - I was winning the reps in my group from home and was hitting times I could only dream of a few months ago.

blew up a wee bit in the second set, but as did everyone and the pace wasn't meant tone utterly flat out. I felt fantastic.

decided today was to be a rest day in order to have maximum energy to be Alex's cheerleader down at Watford later tonight. He did fantastically, mainly due to my inspiring words and 10/10 taxi service
