Run intervals 50:47 [4] 10.01 km (5:04 / km) +60m 4:56 / km
wee evening session toute seule. second to last run here in a grenoble. while my room gets packed into bags I’m thinking about how far I’ve come in the last year, particularly being out in France. My running is on the up again, I’m happy and healthy and generally feeling good about a lot of things.
BUCS XC is my next real thing I’m aiming for but it’ll be what it’ll be. So with this in mind and thinking that I had actually ought to get some sort of structure to my training again I set out for intervals.
4 x 4 mins i ended up doing in the end. Felt comfortable- didn’t push excessively. Think I could go faster back at home etc / with others. Will try a similar session on Tues and hope for the best.
Hitting around 4.23s - this is parkrun pace so good that it felt comfy. Time to start upping it a bit!
