bit spooked by a seriously bumpy plane and pretty knackered all round.

good to be home but also a bit weird, overwhelming and premature. feeling quite low but should be better soon. will try a session tomorrow morning before my trip to Harley St.

We ran from Algorta along the coast to Plentzia (end of the metro line) then rode the metro all the way back to town.

Helping him with his marathon training along some cruel and hilly coastal paths, with the most spectacular views I've ever seen.

Brilliant day and ready to come home tomorrow lunchtime.
