loooool what idiot goes out in the midday sun thinking they're gonna be alright one week into living in the heat of Madrid.

after a rough middle patch and wondering whether or not to even do the final effort, I finished it pretty well. sweaty mess but maybe a bit tanned?...

Run intervals 6:55 [5] 2.11 km (3:17 / km)

3 x 400m, 3 x 200m with standing still recovery and taking hr after 2 mins of rec. Interesting session, and felt very much like being in Tim and Lee's group down at Reading AC when I was younger... either way, good for speed, especially if I'm fancying some track in the summer.

times: 79,78,77.... 37,35,35

Run 12:21 [3] 2.29 km (5:24 / km)

warm down and jog for the bus

Monday Mar 25, 2019 #

Run 36:27 [3] 6.64 km (5:29 / km) +105m 5:05 / km

route from Ivan's house in La Latina to the lake in Casa de Campo, barely touching what is left to explore of this MASSIVE park. I'd say it's orienteering heaven but maybe that's a step too far.
Feeling a bit tired so kept short, after my first day at work n all.
