Nice long one in the tropical weather of Bucklebury, cheering for various orienteers that were darting in and out of the forest. Tired and thirsty after an hour and a quarter.

6 lap tempo at 4.11s (not bad!!!!!!) and then followed by a pyramid.

200, 400, 800, 1200, 800, 400, 200 - with more or less 1:1 active recovery. enjoyed doing some spedier things but still decent distance-wise.

bit sicky at the end - nice.
