First 800 since June 2017. Didn’t even know which staggered start to stand behind tragic.

Went through lap one in 71, then was trying desperately to cling on. Felt strong to be honest and actually raced it, storming past another girl on the home straight. I feel fit and felt like I might have been able to go faster.

All good.

3 x 300m with 5~ mins rec... as flat out as I could go. slept bloody well and was v tired but knew this was the only time I had to do the session today. was in london all day celebrating my sister's bday.

51, 52, 52 - not bad for a £4.60 entry fee.
