A braids and Blackford classic. On my own which was nice. Long and slow lol, not ran for an hour and a half for a long time!

Almost got taken out by a horse round the bridlepath which wasn't the one but made it round okay - didn't push it at all & walked up the steep bits cus am on a night out tonight and don't wanna be tired.

Another cracker with this group of speedy girls at Corstorphine. Feeling still so positive about these sessions and the link with this group. Give me a couple of weeks and I'm gonna be flying.

Was trying to hold on to 80s laps - lost it just slightly on the 3 longest reps but got it back down again for the final 2. Roll on next week.

13 x 200m on 2 min cycles - hitting between 33-36 (last one 38... popped!)

Really pleased with this session and so excited what this might do for us haries this year. So happy - not only with the group but also the shape I'm in, and the potential I have to be in, in the very close future.
