Parliament Hill, Southern Champs 2020

First outing over 8km at the southerns - brutal. But good to have lots of other people surrounding me the whole way... v different to the u20 women's ranks.

First lap was 3km, felt strong and was definitely moving forwards. However, the second lap was 4.5km, up that main hill again and round the back to the even bigger hill... my favourite.

Slowed a little across the mud here, fitness over the longer distance defos not quite there yet, but know that my strength has improved so much. Think the endurance will come with a few more longer races under my belt.

Overall a great outing in the Reading vest and all for collating an even larger lead on the haries fantasy league.

140th out of 694 - nothing bad at all.
