Merino + warm base layer + primaloft + Gortex pro shell (+ winter tights, hat, gloves etc). I don't feel very athletic dressed like Michelin Man but it had the desired effect. Very sweaty.
Still quite sore post S&C on thurs - left hamstring & groin mainly.
