I'm relieved to have slept well. I was still feeling lethargic though and as I'm planning to have a nap before going to work later I opted not to have any coffee, so I was not feeling particularly psyched for the session. A couple of miles in I had perked up though. The same route as before, the bit on the High Peak Trail involving the inclines. It's still warm (low 20s) but much better than the last couple of days. I carried 250ml water but I could probably have got away without. No issues. I felt pretty decent. My legs are completely niggle/tightness free which is nice.

Update: Managed a full 1 hour nap this afternoon
