I am regressing in terms of pull ups :-(. Push ups are feeling hard at the moment as well.

Very wet still, flooding everywhere so I did a hilly route around the lanes. I got a lift on the back of a tractor at one point through a particularly deep flood. My legs feel great after the massage yesterday. My feet are fine as well. I get the feeling all these Hoka shoes are going to feel very similar.
I went to work for a last minute 5hr evening shift for some extra pennies. Home by 10pm though.
