Had a nap after work then went to the gym. Wattbike. Mainly easy, with a few 10' moderate efforts thrown in.

I did try the cross trainer again but i do get pain - perhaps 2/10 - even at taking it easy. I think it's best to stick to the bike for now.

2000m. The pool always looks tantalisingly empty so thought I’d mix it up a bit. Kicking vigorously is painful but gentle legs is fine.
