Felt much better today, not tired and not snuffly. Fun, easy bike ride. Same route as Monday but today was wet and windy so I'm surprised I was slightly faster. I felt strong and wanted to ride for longer.

S&C (Coordination and posture ) 1:20:00 [1]

Went through all the strength exercises for the first time. I took my time trying to get technique right rather than worrying about number of reps. I think I'll be a bit sore tomorrow nonetheless as I havn't done this sort of thing for ages. Many of the exercises are new to me but all make sense and feel OK.

I didn't particularly feel like running tonight. Quite tired as had to get up very early to speak to some school children in Reunion on Skype during their English lesson! Also a bit coryzal but it should go away with a good night's sleep. I felt OK whilst out running though - mainly muddy fields tonight. Finished with 8 strides.

Mainly on trails in the woods (some slightly techy stuff) with some short road sections. I must have slept awkwardly on my neck as it's quite stiff and painful today. Running just about OK as long as I just looked straight ahead and didn't turn suddenly. Legs felt good.

Easy run through fields and woody trails with the dog. Mainly in the dark. Legs still feel slightly heavy but no niggles at all. It felt fun to be running again, helped by the fact that this weeks Spotify discover weekly playlist is better than usual. Finished with 6 strides on the concrete drive outside the house.

Beautiful sunny day so it was great to be out on a road bike for the first time in many months. Reasonably flat route (for Derbyshire). All low intensity. My legs felt quite strong but I made sure not to push on the hills. Long stretching/rolling session afterwards as my calves are quite tight after the weekend. I took Matt's commuting bike which is way too big for me - I need to get mine sorted!
