6 PM

Running (easy) 45:00 [2] 4.6 mi (9:47 / mi) +235m 8:27 / mi
slept:7.5 shoes: Inov8 Trailroc 285s

Nice and easy around the fields. The ground has properly hardened up now which is nice. Quads still a little sore so kept it very easy on the downhills. Generally quite tired and legs heavy.
I've just realised I've been looking at an out of date training program (I was supposed to run yesterday but not today). No big deal.

Monday May 14 #

Note
slept:7.5 (rest day)

Felt much better today, helped by the first half decent night's sleep for a few days. Quads still sore but everything else seems intact.

Sunday May 13 #

Note
slept:5.0 (rest day)

Closing ceremony/ travel. Didn’t sleep well as usual post race. Quads sore but rest of legs not too bad. Should be good to run in the next couple of days.
