Really tired today. Didn't sleep well. I had quite a busy day (including a wedding & a funeral - both virtual) and in the afternoon I prioritised getting a nap before work over going to the gym.

Split squats feel better than suitcase deadlift for now. 15’ sauna afterwards
Ride around Dalby Forest with some friends. All interesting single track but nothing scary. It was mainly quite slow and there was a lot of waiting around. A fun day though.
