XC race 20:31 [5] 2.97 mi (6:54 / mi)

Metro Championship JV team. Finished 5/6 for LCHS. Felt like I had a great first mile, tough second mile, but pulled it back in the final .9. Thought I could run the same course 30 to 45 secs faster this season.
