45 minute warm up
1st half - goalie - 1 got by on a weird bouncing ground ball that I got tangled up in

2nd - right attacking mid - scored 1 off a great assist

lost 3-1

struggled in the 3rd 1/2 mile to keep pace - dropped back to 6:45

need to work on cadence - need to run with someone that keeps me in the right tempo

A solid run, with the exception of a nav mistake to #5. I got completely turned around and lost several minutes. I also made a parallel error at #11. I felt my route choices were a little lucky for the day since I could see the point from a distance several times. ** mapped route in routegadget **
