1st meet of the season - slated to run 800 and 1600
1600 - 5:58 - PR - felt like I went out well and maintained pace fairly ok. 3rd 400 was the worst split. New goal time 5:50.
800 - 2:52 - PR - finished middle in heat - new goal 2:45

Last minute add to the 4x400 relay. I have never practiced a relay. Ran 1st runner - 1:08 - didnt use block since I have never tried.

Warm up - 2 miles
Cool down run - 2 miles
