Run (Hill intervals ) 3:00 [5] ****
shoes: Salomon S/Lab Speed

We did 4 hill intervals in 45 seconds to how far we could go up the hill, with an option of track (made for the weaker legs) or bush hill sprints, which we all did. Hill sprints for 45 seconds in 30+ degree heat was fun!
This was also to see how my Salomon shoes went, they did amazing! (for normally $260AUD, but we copped the shoes at $145AUD. Bargain!) Along the flat warm up I could tell my ankles were weak for the shoe as the tendants were working out, so I’ll have to work on that.
