The first doubleheader of training today with 2 middle distance runs. The first kilometre I took very slow at a 5.30 min/km pace, to which I sped up around 4 min/km for the 2nd, 4th & 5th kilometre. The loop at Woodbridge riverside parkrun is usually where I struggle, so I decided to slow down to 5 min/km pace there.
