Training at Red Hill/JFNP NW, very scrubby terrain. Line course was challenging, managed to get it together in the first half but got caught out on the second half due to lack of confidence.
Had a point where I said to Michal that he needed to re-teach me the basics of Orienteering, but then I did the second course and all was good.
Had an ankle sprain, but due to me being hypermobile I can just slap some R I C E and all will be good.
